We couldn't quite believe our eyes when we saw the picture above. This is a crossroad in India! After rubbing our eyes and triple checking, we based our story on it. India seems to be at the crossroads - and will be challenged to take the best route available to ensure that infrastructure like this continues to be built; that our quality of business continues to be enhanced and the quality of life of Indians continues to flourish.
We've added some data to the latest Scan-shot to bring infrastructure to the fore: GDP contributions from Construction, Manufacturing, Mining and Public Admin continue to grow, consumer spending stays robust, and services PMI crosses new milestones.
Yes, there are challenges - and could derail this behemoth, including global partisanship and closet racism, but we have momentum. And direction. We, the marketeers are good with maps, aren't we?
