Dear Marketeer,

After the exciting numbers last month, we have a few sombre numbers in the stack this time.

Net Equity inflows faltered, and the Sensex followed suit. The fodder for most media channel stories is reflected in the inflation and unemployment numbers. And thus the visual impact of a passing cloud. But right behind the cloud are some other happy tidings: an incredible 1.6 lakh crores mopped up as GST, a spiking Services PMI and a rebounding Air transport sector.

See those brilliant roads above? That's the spirit of India!

Cheers!
